All payments must be made in Kenyan Shillings (KES) unless otherwise specified. Payment is required before shipment of products. We accept various payment methods as indicated on the checkout page.
We deliver to locations in Nairobi, Meru, and Nakuru. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and we are not liable for delays due to circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the specified address.
Products may be returned within 30 days of purchase if defective or damaged. Returns must be accompanied by proof of purchase. Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of receiving and inspecting returned items. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
